Can you have apples or other fruit? Cook it with a little brown sugar or honey for a simple dessert. Is this similar to GAPS? There are several recipe blogs on the web with GAP recipes that may help. :) Is peanut butter allowed (or other nut butter)? Mix cocoa powder (the baking kind), honey, and peanut butter; I think a ratio of about 1 tsp, 2 Tbsp, 2 Tbsp, something like that.
